The Simple Package is tailored for couples who are about to complete their wedding planning but seek assurance that their big day will run smoothly. The purpose is to gather all details into a comprehensive run sheet, complete with a timeline for the event.
Package Inclusions:
- 1 x 1 hour client meetings (6-8 weeks out from the wedding)
- Confirm all vendors
- Day before rehearsal
- Finalised runsheet containing all information, timings, contacts, floor plan, seating charts and inventory list
- 8-10 hour coordination coverage day of (includes assisting in set up of event)
- Includes travel fee
