- 2 x 1 hour client meetings
- Site visit if applicable
- Assistance in creating mood boards / styling advice
- Source and liaise with all vendors / suppliers / venue
- Unlimited communication, all logistics taken care of
- Budget management and tracking
- Day before rehearsal upon request
- Finalised run sheet containing all information, timings, contacts, floor plan, seating charts and inventory list
- 12 hours of comprehensive day-of coordination coverage, including assistance with event set-up
