1 × 1 hour client meeting to review plans and styling details
Styling guided by your vision, mood board, or specific instructions
Complete set-up of your ceremony and reception spaces
Placement of table settings, linens, and décor in the reception space
Lighting candles and assisting with placement of florals, if required
Styling and placement of signage, stationery, and personal details
Ensuring every element feels cohesive and thoughtfully presented
Vendor liaison during set-up to ensure everything runs smoothly
Final walk-through to confirm all elements are in place before guests arrive
